You are eligible to attend, at no cost to you, a FERS Retirement seminar to receive education on each of the topics below from US FEDS national leadership and local member, Jim Fenstermacher. Mr. Fenstermacher is not a federal employee and US FEDS is not sponsored by any government agency.

Harrisburg sessions will be approximately 2.5 hours;

Philadelphia sessions are full 6 hour extended sessions including lunch

Due to space restrictions, there will be limited seating. As such, we ask that only those within 7 years of retirement or facing a forced retirement attend. Others may contact us for more options.

The FERS training includes:

William "Bill" Kumpe

Mr. Kumpe is the Chief Training Officer with US FEDS. He previously served his country as a colonel in the Army and as a judge with the Social Security administration. Bill is a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC℠) and a licensed attorney in Missouri and Tennessee. With these licenses and Bill’s extensive federal experience, he is following his passion to help federal workers retire well.

Jeremy North

Mr. North leads US FEDS national expansion as the Chief Executive Officer. Jeremy is a Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC ℠) and has presented to federal workers across the country. Jeremy wrote the book “Engineering a Solid Retirement” and co-authored book “The Informed Fed: A Survival Guide to Federal Employee Benefits”. Jeremy's driven to provide all federal employees access to personalized service with trained professionals.

Holden Clendaniel

Mr. Clendaniel is a US FEDS National Presenter and holds the distinguished Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC℠) designation. Holden previously worked with the largest US brokerage firm, specializing in investments and advanced trading. That experience along with his military family upbringing gives him a unique perspective on federal benefits and investing for retirement.

James Allen

Mr. Allen is a US FEDS National Presenter, having dedicated 37 years in the US Government in the DoD, FAA, and TSA. In his role as Training Manager, James was responsible for the operational and administrative training of the entire TSA Missouri workforce of approximately 1000 employees, including introducing the FERS system to new hire candidates and assisting current employees with understanding FERS and preparing to retire, giving him a wealth of knowledge on federal benefits.

Greg Fogleman

Mr. Fogleman, US FEDS National Presenter, retired from Federal Service after 34 years as a biomedical engineer with the VA, working for VISN 8, the largest VISN in the country. After attending a US Feds Retirement Seminar himself, Greg was inspired to join the presenter team to help other federal employees approaching retirement. Greg received his BA from the University of the South and his BS from Western Carolina University.

Jim Fenstermacher

Mr. Fenstermacher, approved USFEDS member, is a fiduciary-based Financial Advisor and Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant (ChFEBC℠) with 360 Investment & Retirement Advisory, proudly serving greater Philadelphia, based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Jim has his Series 6, 63, and 65 securities licenses, and the PA Health and Life Insurance license. Jim is committed to helping federal employees better understand and maximize their retirement benefits, in order to create the individualized retirement plan they deserve.
